I heard that Google adsense only gives you a total of 3 ads to put on your website
how many ads do you get with adbrite and doubleclick? Also is there any way of getting 100 plus ads on your website?

Google Adsense, they pay well and will do all your ads for you, they give you the script code to go on the website

You can use all three of those.
